**Requirements:**

1. Proven sales experience (2+ years preferred).

2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

7. Passion for Disney’s brand and knowledge of its products and services.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending Disney products that enhance their experience.

3. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

4. Participate in educational and training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

5. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and promote current and upcoming product offerings.

7. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
