What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Master the pitch by selling the unique advantages of audio branding to potential clients
• Generate leads through cold calling and prospecting new business, setting up meetings with the outside sales team
• Build and maintain relationships with high-level executives to drive business growth
• Meet and exceed sales targets, earning commissions starting from week two
• Collaborate with a vibrant team of over 800 colleagues in a fast-paced environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, ideally B2B
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Strong ambition and a desire for financial freedom
• Coachable mindset, open to feedback, and eager to improve
• Ability to thrive in a competitive environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Relevant experience in sales, even if not specifically in B2B
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
