Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager position is tasked with collaborating to identify best practices for assigned business unit(s), driving performance and increasing efficiencies, improving existing processes and ensuring sales tools are being effectively used in the market. This person will serve as a resource to our businesses by implementing continuous improvement opportunities; providing visibility through analytics by measuring and reporting results; and executing best practice Go To Market strategies through training and professional development. Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, they will have strong relationships with the Vice President of Sales at the assigned business unit(s).

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

The Sales Operations Manager is a liaison for sales to other parts of the organization across RBG businesses. This position will be responsible for business activities and processes that help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.

The Sales Operations Manager is tasked with supporting the sales department with regards to all aspects of strategic go-to-market initiatives:
• Sales Process Standardization
• Analysis & Measurement
• Training and Development
• Customer segmentation
• Other projects or duties as assigned
