Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Define and document the technical architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain data flow and high-level architecture diagrams to illustrate the system design and integration points, ensuring clarity and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce B2B Commerce and other Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design and implement custom solutions and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the development team.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce features, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• s a Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect, candidates will play a central role in designing and implementing a scalable e-commerce solution on the Salesforce B2B Commerce platform.
• Candidates will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, ensuring the alignment of the solution with best practices, and driving the overall technical vision.
• Working closely with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, candidates will ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce B2B Commerce with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce architecture, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with data modelling and architecture frameworks.
• Experience with cloud integration tools and middleware, such as Mulesoft or Informatica.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
