Key Responsibilities…
• **SAP CS/SM Module Expertise:**
• Configure and implement SAP CS (Customer Service) and SM (Service Management) modules.
• Design and support processes related to Service Notification, Service Orders, Repair Processing, Warranty Claims, and Returns Management.
• **SAP SD Module Expertise:**
• Configure SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules focusing on Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit/Debit memos, and Availability Checks.
• Ensure integration between SD and related modules like MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting).
• **Business Process Consulting:**
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
• Propose and document optimized solutions for business processes related to sales, distribution, and service management.
• **End-to-End Implementation:**
• Perform all aspects of an SAP project life cycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live support.
• Manage system enhancements, custom developments, and provide post-go-live support.
• **Integration Expertise:**
• Knowledge of integration between SAP CS/SM and SD with MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and FI/CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical/ABAP) to ensure seamless data flow and integration between modules.
• **Issue Resolution:**
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP CS, SM, and SD.
• Manage SAP-related tickets in the service and distribution processes and provide support to end-users.
• *Required Skills:**
• **Hands-on Experience:** Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS, SM, and SD modules.
• **SAP Customization:** Strong ability to configure and customize SAP systems for various business requirements in customer service, sales, and distribution.
• **Technical Integration Knowledge:** Good understanding of IDOCs, BAPIs, user exits, and workflow as it relates to CS/SM/SD.
• **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
• **Project Management:** Experience in managing SAP implementation projects from conception through post-go-live support.
• **Communication & Stakeholder Management:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in collaborating with business stakeholders.
• *Education & Certification:**
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP CS, SD, or SM certification (preferred).
• *Nice to Have:**
• Experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and other UI/UX tools for SAP.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations and external system interfacing with SAP.
