Overview
The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for direct coordination and management of the daily schedules for Field Technicians providing fire protection services to a wide variety of customers.

• Utilize Field Service Management software for scheduling.
• Field emergency service calls and reroute technicians.
• Ensure customer service standards are met.
• Maintain up-to-date information for technicians.
• Assist with administrative tasks and compliance reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Flexible hybrid schedule after training.
• Pay ranges from $25-$28/hour.
• Work primarily in Spokane, WA.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-year administrative experience preferred.
• Scheduling and/or dispatching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fire life safety industry preferred.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
