We are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. We are currently hiring dedicated Teacher’s Aides/Paraprofessionals to support our educators in PittsburghÂ’s elementary, middle, and high schools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide support to students with diverse learning needs
• Help create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and specialists to ensure student success
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
Qualifications:
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
