The Lumistella Company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our team! The Seasonal Customer Care Representative is responsible for phone, email, and live chat coverage for the Customer Care Department. They will be responsible for communicating directly with the customers and providing exceptional customer service. The Seasonal Customer Care Representative will handle customers’ direct requests including entering orders, resolving issues, product concerns, creating replacement orders, and processing returns. The Seasonal Customer Care Representative protects the Elf Brand by keeping the magic alive with all incoming children’s inquiries regarding the Elf and North Pole.

The ideal Seasonal Customer Care Representative will bring:
1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred;
Enjoys working with all types of customers; must maintain professional phone etiquette and demonstrate a pleasant, friendly style in all communication;
Excellent verbal and written communication;
Ability to successfully balance multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Reading and writing in English required; Spanish preferred;
Proficiency in all Microsoft Suites, SharePoint, Excel, and NAV preferred.
Essential Job Functions and Duties of the Seasonal Customer Care Representative:
Provides exceptional customer service;
Receives and responds promptly to all customer requests
Answers phone calls, emails, and communicates via live chat with wholesale customers, retail customers, and sometimes children
Collects required customer information to complete product orders to company standards
Places, edits, or cancels orders as requested by the customer
Collects payment information and enters into the system
Processes returns and replacements on orders for both wholesale and retail customers
Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails; Makes outbound calls to existing accounts, as well as prospects
Contacts FedEx or other logistic companies to track or handle customer service issues
Protects company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regard to information security and management.
Education requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like * Position requires sitting for extended periods of time, standing, visual acumen, and manual dexterity for working with computer keyboards
Position may require additional hours as workload dictates
Position requires presence in the office for one week of training.
