We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our app and must have solid experience and expert knowledge in PageDuty administration. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot in distributed systems, have a general understanding of Kubernetes and Datadog, and have excellent communication skills. This is a challenging role requiring excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and great problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
? Provide expert application support and troubleshoot issues in distributed systems
? Update and optimize technical account configurations
? Implement automation for incident management and user, team, and escalation policy configurations
? Set up team integrations for on-call notifications in Slack and/or email
? Ensure the alignment of services and tags to organization goals
Requirements
? At least 3 years of experience in Application Support
? Expert knowledge and experience in PagerDuty administration
? Ability to troubleshoot in distributed systems
? Familiarity with Kubernetes and Datadog
? Experience in setting up team integrations for on-call notifications in Slack and/or email
? Experience in automation for incident management, user, team, and escalation policy configurations
? B2 English level
