Job Description

This is a remote position.
• Sourcing candidates: Researching to identify potential candidates for open positions
• Screening resumes: Reviewing candidates’ resumes
• Conducting interviews: Conducting initial phone interviews and scheduling in-person interviews
• Negotiating salaries and benefits: Negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates
• Working with hiring managers: Collaborating with managers to understand the company’s hiring needs and to meet hiring goals
• Tracking hiring metrics: Tracking hiring metrics

Requirements

1.Candidate with Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment

2.Should have worked in Volume hiring of minimum 50 Hiring per month

3. Should know how to work in Naukri, Times jobs, LinkedIn Etc
