Position Summary

As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Neuromonitoring Associates, you will be integral to building our workforce by identifying and securing top healthcare talent nationwide. You will collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with company objectives. Your expertise in candidate relationship management and seasoned approach to HR and Talent Acquisition will drive results.

Job Responsibilities
• Ensure HR compliance with employment law and manage employee documentation, including contracts and recruitment paperwork.
• Maintain and update HR documents and internal databases, such as holiday and leave tracking.
• Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for healthcare positions across the US.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with operational partners.
• Build and sustain candidate relationships through technology, cold/warm leads, and referrals.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and coordinate interviews, including travel arrangements.
• Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain their interest.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for candidate selection and oversee the offer process.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Ensure accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify recruitment process improvements.
• Utilize creative recruiting methods, including social media, career fairs, and campus visits.
• Coordinate recruiting job fairs and attend relevant conferences
