The Company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with a focus on delivering a world-class employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with Group Leads to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support on a range of employee relations issues. This role involves working closely with Group Leads to define and implement a business-focused people strategy, as well as supporting the local delivery of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Building effective relationships with the operational and leadership team, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the implementation of people policies and processes are also key responsibilities. The Senior HR Business Partner will be expected to have a passion for the role, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
