Requirements:
• Must be familiar with bank core processors and or trust accounting platforms.
• Must be willing/able to attend bank and trust channel platform Annual, User Group and Industry Conferences to increase exposure to R&T.
• Have current relationships with management, technical and channel field sales representatives or able to build them
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive partner sales
• Provide technical support to R&T and bank and trust channel platforms, as well sales training to channel representatives to assist in growing balances.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and relationship management advocating for channel partners training and content needs to improve performance and bank client retention.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting new channel partners.
• Participate in onboarding of new bank clients.
• Bring channel platform feedback to operations, product and sales to ensure R&T’s offering maintains a competitive position in the marketplace.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and new practices to enhance program and maintain overall competitiveness within the marketplace.
• Assist in the maintenance of the channel platform databases, CRM contacts, key performance metrics as well as analysis of the channel platforms for R&T executives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years bank processor or trust accounting platform experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word programs.
