Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Telephony Product Manager:
• Lead the telephony product lifecycle, driving product strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize contact center solutions
• Conduct business cases to support new product initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
• Manage the deployment and optimization of CCaaS solutions
Required Skills for Senior Telephony Product Manager:
• 8+ years of experience in Telephony Product Management, with a focus on CCaaS and UCaaS
• Expertise with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio, or similar
• Proficiency with telephony-related protocols (SIP, VoIP, ACD, IVR)
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Workforce Management (WFM) tools
• Proven experience with product development and lifecycle management
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
