What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage post-sale order entry process, including HSD, video, and telephone lines
– Facilitate communication between customers and sales associates
– Enter orders in software platforms and maintain contact with various teams throughout the installation process
– Create service tickets and notate CRM tools for all orders
– Manage multiple projects and escalations at different stages of completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High school diploma or GED
– 1-2 years of related experience
– Previous experience in the cable industry preferred
– Ability to calculate figures and amounts
– Valid driver’s license and good driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com and Single View
– Understanding of ROI and port process
– Intermediate skill in essential software applications
