Job Description:
Handson design development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform
Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset Service Catalog
Experience in data upload and configuration in CMDB and other ITSM modules
Handson experience on Service Portal
Good understanding of ServiceNow customization custom development of forms fields and workflow
ServiceNow certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Implementation
Can create custom business rules client scripts script includes UI policies ACLs data policies UI scripts
Can troubleshoot basic configurationscript issues
Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using Rest SOAP email MID Server etc
Can demonstrate a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services
Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings including requirements review and validation sessions SCRUM ceremonies
Utilizes strong communication presentation and writing skills
Knowledge in the development of custom modules preferred
Good understanding of ITIL v3v4 processes
