Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro), along with strong scripting, integration, and implementation skills. This role involves developing and enhancing our ITAM solutions to optimize asset utilization and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement IT Asset Management solutions using ServiceNow, focusing on SAM and HAM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow ITAM applications to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Develop scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) for automation and custom functionalities within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with other enterprise systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
• Perform system upgrades and patch management, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of ITAM applications, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for new features and processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro, HAM/HAM Pro).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules and related functionalities.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes related to asset management.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
