Primary Functions:
A School Site Lead is responsible for leadership and the overall operations and safety of the in-school site. Responsible for site operations / programming, administrative compliance and partner relations, facility upkeep, child safety and staff supervision.

KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)
Prepare Youth for Success
? Must be a credible leader others choose to follow and work closely with the Site Director.
? Oversee the provision of day-to-day programs and activities in accordance with established
standards and goals.
? Ensure that members are encouraged to participate in a variety of educational program
areas/activities and receive instruction and constructive feedback to develop skills in program
area(s).
? Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, i.e., Training, Meetings.
Program Development and Implementation
? Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and development of members.
? Oversee program implementation at all levels.
? Establish reporting procedures for program numbers and collection program data.
? Maintain and submit program data to Site Director.
Supervision
? Supervise Staff and manage performance.
? Oversee and ensure program quality.
? Accountable for relationship management for membership and program fees
? Complete all required reports and administrative duties in a timely manner.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Position may require food distribution duties to members. Position requires working with large groups
of youth. At the sites, youth receive targeted services in a safe, supportive environment from staff
who believe in the organizationÂ’s mission. The Club experience focuses on three priority outcomes:
Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Positive.
2) Follow all rules, regulations, and policies of Plano ISD.
a) Perform all other tasks, functions and duties assigned by the campus Principal.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
? A minimum of one year work experience in a Boys or Girls Club or similar organization planning,
and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics.
? Demonstrated organizational, staff and project management abilities.
? Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications.
? Minimum 6 months of experience working with youth.
? Ability to work during program hours (afternoons and evenings Monday – Friday during the
school year.
? Ability to work at various sites as directed.
? Ability to be a positive role model.
? Ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
? Ability to relate to at-risk youth.
? Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
? Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
? Must be able to pass all required background screens and drug screens at any time.
? Must have reliable transportation, satisfactory driving record and a valid driver’s license.
