About the Event:
Mustang Week Texas is a new, festival-style automotive event happening April 24-27, 2025, in Houston and Galveston, Texas. This event will feature autocross, drag racing, drifting, high-performance driving experiences, and a massive Ford and Mustang car show. Mustang Week has been a leading Mustang event for over 20 years in Myrtle Beach, SC, and now weÂ’re bringing the excitement to Texas!
What We Need:
WeÂ’re seeking a social media advertising specialist to run a paid ad campaign on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to:
Build awareness and drive ticket sales.
Collect email addresses of potential attendees.
Our audience includes Mustang enthusiasts (within 800 miles of Houston) and local automotive fans (within 75 miles of Galveston).
Campaign Timeline:
Phase 1: Awareness (Jan 25–Mar 10) – Focus on hardcore Mustang enthusiasts.
Phase 2: Regional Focus (Mar 10–Apr 14) – Drive ticket sales within a 300-mile radius.
Phase 3: Local Focus (Mar 25–Apr 27) – Target local automotive enthusiasts within 75 miles.
What WeÂ’re Looking For:
Experience in paid social media strategy and execution (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
Familiarity with automotive culture is a big plus.
Ability to track conversions using tools like Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.
Proven results in ROI-focused campaigns.
Scope of Work:
Develop and execute a comprehensive ad strategy.
Optimize creative materials and targeting throughout the campaign.
Provide weekly performance updates and a post-event report with ROI analysis.
