About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to lead our consumer products social media team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid and organic social e-commerce strategies for Disney Experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be leading a team of professionals across multiple social media platforms.
As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our social media initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining and evolving our tech partnership relationships with various social media platforms.
Your expertise in analytics, measurement, and testing will be essential in helping coach your team on advanced analysis and testing structures. Additionally, you will be expected to distill complex technical details into understandable everyday terms that motivate action through aligned values and goals.
