**Responsibilities:**

– Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers.

– Perform pre-flight cabin checks and coordinate with the flight deck crew.

– Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.

– Provide on-board services including meals, beverages, and sale of merchandise.

– Manage in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

– Address passengers’ queries and concerns with professionalism.

– Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and punctuality.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma or GED required; further education or certifications in hospitality is a plus.

– Ability to pass a rigorous training program.

– Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job such as lifting baggage and standing for long periods.

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

– Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is advantageous.

– Must be adaptable to a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High School Diploma or GED required.

– Higher education in fields related to hospitality, communications, or tourism can be advantageous.

**Experience:**

– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or airline industry preferred but not required.
