**Job Description:**

As a Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be at the forefront of our operations, directly interacting with passengers and ensuring a memorable travel experience. **Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma or GED. Higher education is an asset.

– Ability to pass a rigorous background check and drug screening.

– Ability to reach overhead bins and lift bags weighing up to 50 lbs.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Must be adaptable to varying work hours and layover schedules.

– Fluency in English; bilingual or multilingual is a plus.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High School Diploma or GED required.

– Further certification in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience:**

– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline operations is beneficial but not required.
