Position Type: Full-time/Part-time (Remote)
Salary Range: $18 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide administrative support to Southwest Airlines teams, including data entry, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
? Assist with customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
? Maintain and organize digital records and documentation.
? Coordinate virtual meetings and assist with agenda preparation.

? Conduct basic research and compile reports as needed.
