Description:
• Responsible for managing projects for customers’ accounts to present promotional products and event solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by collaborating with Sales Representative and/or customers directly to develop product offering.
• Excel in a fast-paced, attention to detail environment negotiating with vendors, generating quotes and executing orders.
• Professionally communicate both verbally and written.
• Utilize project management skills to coordinate multiple projects at one time.
• Organize daily tasks to meet crucial deadlines and customer service level agreements.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential.
• Manage complex projects which may include multiple destination shipments,
• kitting/fulfillment, and rush orders.
• Anticipate customer needs by understanding account history.
• Ability to problem solve issues with orders to provide the best possible solution to customers
• Prepare quotes and process orders through the order entry process
• Create product ideation by sourcing from approved suppliers, researching industry trends and working with internal marketing and merchandising teams.
• Build relationships with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with assigned sales rep(s) on key projects with frequent communication and gain alignment on roles and responsibilities
• Partner with finance team to facilitate the billing process and settle billing resolutions.
• May be invited to SPP’s annual National Sales Meetings to explore new product offerings, keep up to date on trends and network with vendors.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of project management
