About the position
The Special Projects Digital Experience Strategist at Apple will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online shopping experience by leveraging generative AI technologies. This position focuses on expanding e-commerce tools across various platforms and countries, ensuring that customer experiences are personalized and engaging. The strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business insights, optimize digital commerce strategies, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
• Drive the development and execution of AI-powered customer experiences for Apple Retail.

• Support the expansion of e-commerce tools to new platforms and countries.

• Analyze industry trends and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities.

• Oversee end-to-end planning and program management for new features and projects.

• Provide feedback on designs and solutions in cross-functional forums.

Requirements
• 3+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce, strategy, customer experience, and/or AI-related role.

• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint.
