At WithMe Inc., we’re redefining client care. As our Sr Manager, Client Experience, you’ll lead the charge in crafting an exceptional client journey-from onboarding to long-term success. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth, reporting directly to the Sr Director of Operations. Plus, you can do it all… from the comfort of your home in a fully remote position.
What You’ll Do
• Strategize & Lead: Develop and implement strategies to boost client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring clients reach their goals.
• Risk Management: Monitor client health, mitigate risks, and create proactive action plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to meet and exceed client needs.
• Onboarding Excellence: Design and optimize efficient onboarding processes across teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements to elevate client satisfaction and reduce time-to-value.
• Support Excellence: Oversee the Client Experience teams, ensuring top-tier support and developing a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and foster career growth within your team.
• Strategic Vision: Shape and execute a forward-thinking vision for Client Experience.
• Budget Management: Stay ahead of industry trends and manage the Client Experience budget effectively.
What You’ll Bring
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years in client success, customer service, or related roles, with at least three (3) years in leadership.
• Leadership Prowess: A track record of driving client success, satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
• Client Lifecycle Expertise: Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and success strategies.
• Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and execute with a results-driven mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, client success platforms, and related tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling escalations.
