A role in Enterprise Product means partnering with product, technology, user experience, data science, and analytics leaders across Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, Store, Merchandising, Finance, and other business units to enable key strategies that are critical to the enterprise for the experiences we create for our guests.

As a Sr Product Manager on the Enterprise Product team, you will work in the product model and play a critical role in the development of enterprise product strategies and facilitation of value delivery in support of OKRs across an enterprise portfolio of products. In collaboration with key partners, you will use a data-driven approach and human-centered design principles to define problems to solve, identify opportunities and risks, define success metrics in the form of OKRs, and influence and align stakeholders on… priorities and sequencing that support TargetÂ’s business strategies.

You will partner cross-functionally to define and implement routines that support ongoing product strategy alignment and transparency, as well as the necessary planning, prioritization, and sequencing of priorities. You will need to cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise to drive collaboration and alignment with key partners and stakeholders across pyramids.

Areas of focus in this role will evolve based on the needs of the business, but your scope will consistently remain at an enterprise altitude with opportunities to work on high complexity, high impact priorities. As an initial area of focus, your role will partner to shape and drive the strategy for how Generative AI is leveraged by product teams across the enterprise to deliver value.

About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years product management, product ops, service design, or equivalent experience
• Experience facilitating alignment around priorities, definition of success, and high-level sequencing using human-centered design and data-driven approaches
• Preferred: awareness of and familiarity with service design practices to enable identification and orchestration of organizational impacts and dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to develop and translate strategy to action as well as define, measure, and deliver outcome-based results (OKRs)
• Experience building products that leverage AI, ML, or Generative AI to deliver value
• Demonstrated high sense of curiosity and proven ability to successfully lead through ambiguity
• Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business, product, UX, and technology teams
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders and leaders
• Expert at working in an agile environment within an enterprise-scale product organization

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as “Flex for Your Day”) work arrangement based on Target’s needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.

The pay range is $111,200.00 – $200,200.00
