What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Develop enterprise product strategies and facilitate value delivery
– Define problems to solve, identify opportunities and risks, and define success metrics
– Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and sequencing
– Drive collaboration and alignment with key partners and stakeholders
– Shape and drive the strategy for leveraging Generative AI by product teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Four-year degree or equivalent experience
– 6+ years of product management, product ops, or equivalent experience
– Experience facilitating alignment around priorities and sequencing
– Demonstrated ability to develop and translate strategy to action
– Experience building products that leverage AI, ML, or Generative AI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Awareness of and familiarity with service design practices
– Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity
– Experience with technology and facilitating communication between teams
