As a Sr. Sales Development Representative on our team, you will benefit from a steady stream of inbound and warm leads while representing the well-respected brands to the community. You will work directly with our President & CRO to research prospective customers, create new opportunities, give feedback on joint sales and marketing campaigns, and have the opportunity to quickly graduate to closing deals yourself. In This Role, You Will
• Build fast connections with new people
• Identify prospects’ challenges and opportunities for improvement through our services
• Serve as a brand ambassador for our suite of products and solutions
• Follow up on highly qualified opportunities at medium and enterprise-sized companies
• Make outbound calls to create new business opportunities consistently at or above quota level
• Work collaboratively with sales & marketing to execute sales strategies and campaigns
• Bring your ideas, personality, and creative thinking to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
• Build your personal brand, learn to become a killer AE and have the opportunity to build your own sales team
• Close small to medium-sized deals within the SMB market

You Will Need
• Virtual sales experience (SDR, BDR, ISR, ISE, AE, Other)
• A strong desire to achieve
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management/prioritization skills
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to learn new skills, systems, and processes quickly
• Confidence and ability to quickly connect with new people at all levels in a company
• An addiction to feedback and improvement opportunities
• Availability to work during peak call times in a quiet, professional work environment conducive to phone and video meetings
• To be a solutions-oriented person able to work through challenges in a team environment and on your own
• Open to using technology like Hubspot, LinkedIn, Koncert, Seamless, Gong, and more
