We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer with experience in creating developer-focused documentation. This role involves developing high-quality conceptual and functional documentation that explains complex software systems and development tools to a technical audience. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholder teams to gather technical information and… produce clear, concise, and user-friendly content that helps developers understand and use our products effectively.
Sample Projects
路 Collaborate with subject matter experts to write new documentation explaining how a developer can use a component or widget in their product
路 Establish a strategy for transforming internal documentation into external-facing documentation
路 Interface with designers, engineers, and partners to create and run a process for maintaining documentation freshness
Responsibilities:
路 Create high-quality reference and instructional documentation for developers
路 Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in content
路 Use a suite of internal tools to draft, develop, and publish content
Skills:
路 Self-starter able to work independently and anticipate needs
路 Web development experience
路 Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
路 Proficiency with Markdown, HTML, and either Javascript or Python
路 Strong familiarity with programming best practices

Education requirement:
路 Bachelor聮s degree in English, Software Development, or a similar subject
