Key Responsibilities
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Source candidates through online databases, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes and applications for potential fits.
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email or phone.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with applicant tracking system updates and data entry.
• Participate in interviews and evaluate candidates based on established criteria.
• Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Support the development of candidate engagement strategies.
• Help with employer branding efforts through various channels.
• Collaborate with HR team members on special projects as needed.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates for HR management.

Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
