Our Support Coordinators are expected to provide excellent customer service by taking and making calls from our clients and providing them with the most up to date solutions.
• Manage inbound customer and partner calls and chats
• Make outbound customer and partner calls and chats as needed
• Oversee day to day communication via phone and chat system
• Consistent email interactions with our partners
• Strong relationship with Field Leadership Team
• On-Time delivery of communication
• Strong understanding of process execution
• Strong attention to detail
• Fast typing skills
• Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing atmosphere
• Training of peers and occasional stretch assignments
• Data Entry and Invoicing
• Note orders accordingly based on customer/client communication
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Experience in customer/vendor communication
• Experience in a high pace call center atmosphere (preferred)
• Experience using CRM software
• Experience using chat systems
• Customer service experience

Work Location:
• Home, with in-office training upon hire
