• *Key Responsibilities:**

– **Client Support:** Deliver high-quality assistance to clients and internal teams by responding promptly and effectively to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

– **Strategic Planning:** Participate in the development of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and overall operational efficiency.

– **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide support on ongoing projects and initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing best practices for client engagement.

– **Problem Solving:** Identify potential issues or challenges proactively and collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.

– **Feedback Implementation:** Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes.

– **Training Support:** Assist in training new team members on processes, tools, and best practices for client support.

– **Time Management:** Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables set by management.

### Requirements:

– **Education:** BachelorÂ’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred, but not required.

– **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a support or customer service role, preferably within a remote working environment.

– **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.

– **Soft Skills:**
