- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with T-Mobile products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and call handling times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Educational Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.
