What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Oversee the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral of applicants for employment at all levels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and strategies
• Maintain accurate recruitment files and prepare reports on applicant flow and interview results
• Screen application materials for minimum qualifications and coordinate interview processes
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards and institutional policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Administrative Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
• Four (4) years of related occupational experience in human resources, including recruitment activities
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations relevant to recruiting
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral means
• Proficiency in the use of computers and software specific to the position
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Two (2) years of related occupational experience working in human resources
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRP-CP) or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment
• Experience with organizing and processing large volumes of applications
