Technical Sourcer (Remote)
The Technology Sourcer will partner with interactive resource managers and hiring managers to identify technology talent for the interactive team.
Description:
-Utilize numerous networking tools to develop and grow a candidate talent base for technology and development projects.
-Quickly source, recruit, interview and match highly skilled professionals using our internal database, job boards, social networking, etc.
-Connect with people in-person, by phone, and using various digital methods to establish strong business relationships.
-Partner closely with Resource Management and hiring managers to determine candidates fit for the assignment and viability to support specific client needs.
-Stay familiar with the latest trends and work in technology industry.
-Track freelance contacts through a shared candidate database. Proactively build on a pre-existing network of freelance contacts. Manage freelance and contract worker relationships.
Experience:
-Minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in a marketing organization.
-Experience in a recruiting related role within a project-based strategic, creative or technical agency environment. Knowledge of digital processes and developer skill sets required. Experience in dev or coding a plus.
-Experience working in a dynamic and fluid environment.
-Excellent communication and people management skills.
-Thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
Education:
Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree and certifications in applicable fields a plus.
