Work Model: Onsite with Travel Requirements

Travel Requirements: This is a 100% onsite role, and the resource might have to travel once a week to different locations within NYC with expenses paid

Experience: 1 to 5 years

• Valid Driver’s License
• Should be able to report onsite daily – No remote/hybrid work permitted.

Responsibilities:
• Perform customer support tasks.
• Perform all on-site activities related installation, repairs, management, and maintenance.
• Track and document the progress of requests.
• Perform troubleshooting.
• Identify all issues.
• Suggest and implement solutions.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner.

Qualifications:
• Strong background in field services.
• Experience with software and tools.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
