We are hiring Technical Support agents to answer inbound calls and provide customer support in a remote/home office environment with flexible work hours. You MUST have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducting inbound/outbound customer service calls. Creatively solving problems.
• Use fundamental technical troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer issues.
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions.
• Documenting details of calls and customer interactions.
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS: SYSTEM AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

Agent must provide his own Computer with the following specifications:
Processor: at least Corei5
Memory: at least 8GB RAM
Operating System: Windows 10
USB Headset with extended mic and with noise cancellation.
Internet speed of at least 30mbps download and 30mbps upload
Internet should be wire connected NOT via Wifi
Quiet Working Environment

Must have a Smartphone

Work Hours: MUST be available M-F 8am-8pm EST as well as one weekend day each week (Sat 9am-6pm EST or Sun 10am-6pm EST). Mondays are required as well as a mandatory weekly team meeting on Thursdays from 8-9pm EST.

TRAINING SCHEDULES: Monday, 9am-4pm EST, Wed-Sat: 9am-4pm EST.

Week of March 10 – Orientation (Monday morning) and Product Training

Week of March 17 – Product Training

Week of March 24 – Order system training

Day of March 31 – Monday is final day of Order System training, off Tuesday, and then will go live on Wednesday (April 2).

Day of April 2 – Nesting starts with trainees starting to take live calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $10.00 – $16.00 per hour

• Weekends as needed

• Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
• Technical support: 3 years (Required)
