Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and architects from the provided database to introduce and promote our MEP services.
• Generate interest in our offerings by presenting the benefits and value of our services.
• Identify potential leads, qualify them, and gather relevant information.
• Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or product presentations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback and insights to help refine the outreach strategy.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, regional languages].
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
