As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of… contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, orders, and providing product information. Your main role will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and seamless experience while interacting with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies
Effectively promote and upsell products to increase sales
Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments
Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
Document and escalate customer feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat or call center environment
Strong written communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
Knowledge of plastics industry is a plus
