As a Telehealth Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering patient care through telehealth platforms, educating patients on health conditions and treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unrestricted license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth, emergency, or critical care settings
- Strong understanding of telehealth technology and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA guidelines
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient consultations, assessments, and follow-ups using telehealth technology
- Educate patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay current with best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements in telehealth
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience
