Job Description

Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide medical advice
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on managing their health conditions and treatments
- Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR system
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Educational Qualifications
- Associate’s or BachelorÂ’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN licensure in the state of residence
- Telehealth certification (preferred but not required)
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in a telehealth or remote care setting (preferred but not required)
- Experience with electronic health records systems
