Job Description
CVS Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Telemedicine Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in telemedicine or remote patient care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual medical consultations and follow-ups to patients via telehealth platforms.
- Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, and current health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive health measures.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices.

Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is preferred.
– Active RN license in the state of employment.
Experience
– Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
– Previous experience in telemedicine or remote patient care is highly desirable.
