What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Confirm all information regarding blood drives with coordinators and sponsors, and communicate details to production planning staff
– Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate staff, handling inquiries professionally and promptly
– Prepare and maintain account files, including correspondence and operational records for accurate documentation of blood drive activity
– Localize blood drive collateral using approved templates and send thank you notes to customers
– Manage the donor pre-sign up process, and review status and condensed reports for accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
– Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
– Basic knowledge of computer office products, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
– Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with effective problem-solving abilities
– Valid driver’s license and good driving record for business transportation
