Responsibilities
• Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database.
• Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Manage a high volume of data entry tasks with attention to detail.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Communicate any issues or errors to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed.
• Meet deadlines and produce work with high accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience with data entry or administrative tasks is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical behavior.
