**Description:**

As a Disney Ticketing and Sales Agent, you will be at the heart of our magical operations, ensuring guests from around the globe can purchase tickets effortlessly and receive outstanding service. You will handle inquiries about park details, ticket prices, packages, and special offers, providing a seamless and enchanting experience for every customer.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a deep appreciation for the Disney brand. **Responsibilities:**

1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails with efficiency and courtesy.

3. Process ticket bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

4. Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored recommendations.

5. Upsell additional services and promotions to enhance guest experiences.

6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by participating in training sessions.

7. Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and confidentiality standards.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

5. Competency in handling computer and cloud-based software.

6. Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including some weekends and holidays.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales, communication, or related fields is a plus.

**Experience:**
