Description:
• Assistant to Call Center Consultant
• Location: Kansas preferred (open to candidates from anywhere in the US willing to travel)
• Responsibilities: Assist the Call Center Consultant/Federal Training team in coordinating and executing training programs.
• Facilitate call center training sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to established protocols.
• Conduct new hire training sessions, providing comprehensive guidance and support to incoming employees.
• Utilize HR expertise to assist in talent acquisition processes, including candidate screening and onboarding.
• Provide executive assistance to senior management as needed, including scheduling, correspondence management, and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals.
• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center training and quality assurance.
• Proven experience in conducting new hire training programs.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel as needed, with availability on specified training dates (April 23, 24 & 25; August 20, 21 & 22).
