Job Responsibilities:
Accurately enter shipment data into UPS software systems.
Monitor tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring all details are up to date.
Assist with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies.
Provide general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
Troubleshoot minor issues with UPS system and shipments.
Assist with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Experience with UPS or similar shipping platforms is a plus but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in virtual assistant or administrative roles is preferred.

Basic understanding of logistics and shipping.
Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Working Hours:
Flexible part-time hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
Hours can be worked during regular business hours or evenings, based on your availability.
This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the U.S.
Compensation:
$15 – $20 per hour (based on experience).
Pay is bi-weekly via direct deposit.
