What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Design and build required monthly reports for change orders and procurement initiatives
– Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendations to team members
– Conduct deep dive reviews of data and meet one-on-one with customers, including colleges
– Identify impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures
– Create end-user training content to improve compliance with changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Strong data analysis and reporting skills
– Ability to read and interpret policy and law, including Virginia Procurement law
– Proven leadership skills and ability to work as a leader
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Strong understanding and implementation of change management principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in the education sector or procurement-related roles
– Familiarity with creating training content or conducting training sessions
– Knowledge of comparative assessments related to higher education and state policies
