We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for diverse roles across industries. This is a remote opportunity, requiring a high degree of professionalism and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing & Screening
• Source qualified candidates using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and other innovative channels.
• Conduct pre-screening and qualification calls to assess candidates’ technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both active and future job openings.
• Coordination & Compliance
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company policies.
• Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updates and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
• Market Research & Strategy
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry demands.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific job roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment for US-based roles.
• In-depth knowledge of US hiring processes, including W2, 1099, and C2C arrangements.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and ATS platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT technical skills (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps) and Non-IT domains (e.g., finance, sales, marketing).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting for niche roles in IT and Non-IT verticals.
• Familiarity with US tax terms and visa types (H1B, GC, EAD, etc

Pay: $51,234.00 – $59,101.00 per year
